September 7th is the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF CLEAN AIR FOR BLUE SKIES and more than ever ISCLEANAIR wants to remember the importance of breathing healthy air.

This year’s theme is #TogetherForCleanAir: a statement we feel deeply. Collaboration is the only way to prevent clean air from remaining just a privilege or a luxury, but so that it is finally recognized as a primary need and a fundamental right for all people, everywhere in the world. Everyone must feel called to do their part in protecting people’s health and the environment: governments, public and private companies and all people must unite for clean air.

At ISCLEANAIR, our ongoing mission is to champion the importance of good air quality. Breathing better air means living better and we have created and patented the innovative APA (Air Pollution Abatement) technology without a filter and based on water which can truly represent a #sustainable and economical solution to drastically reduce air pollution, with the aim of provide clean air and blue skies.

This year, among many other recognitions and certifications, APA was also recognized by THE ARCH 2022-2023 as one of 100 Solutions for the Planet, demonstrating that it can actually make a difference on the path to decarbonization. Poor air quality poses numerous risks and must be addressed quickly and in different ways to avoid both short and long-term impacts.

Every day we take more than 20,000 breaths and inhale oxygen mixed with many contaminants which, in the long run, put a strain on our health. Recent OECD – OECD and World Health Organization data reveal that 99% of the world’s population breathes unsafe and polluted air and every year more than 8 million people die prematurely due to multiple diseases caused by prolonged exposure to air pollution. Unfortunately, air pollution is an invisible enemy that is extremely dangerous and significantly affects our well-being in ways that may not be immediately apparent. The environment is also threatened by air pollution because several pollutants also alter the climate, producing an increase in global temperature and an exacerbation of climate change, leading to many natural disasters and making many parts of our planet inhospitable to all beings living.

The future of the next generations is at stake if we don’t act now, we can’t wait any longer!

Let’s stand united, let’s be #TogetherForCleanAir.
